Data Privacy: The ARC and assister organizations should work together to help protect consumer information.  Please be sure to help us by always giving the ARC the identifiers for the person present with you (if there is one) and not anyone else. If there is a consumer in your office, the ARC cannot check on additional cases. Instead, call back when the consumer has left. It is not advisable to have unrelated individuals together in the room when calling for case information.  

MN-EES Consumer Access Codes, Password Resets and Sending out Activation Emails: The ARC requires a consumer present when giving any consumer access information over the phone for MN-EES accounts. If you are associated already with the consumer, you can find their access information in their MN-EES inbox.
