The deadline for submitting life event changes (LECs) and account creation requests (ACRe) using MNsure’s online reporting tools is Monday, June 22 at noon (CST). This timeline allows MNsure sufficient time to process these requests prior to the system migration blackout period beginning June 26, during which no LEC or ACRe requests can be processed. After the system’s go-live in July, QHP consumers will report life events by updating their applications in the new system. Instead of using the online tool or paper forms for account requests, consumers will use either MN-EES or LoginMN to verify their identity.
