What can I expect if I have not completed the 2026-27 version of MNsure Assister Data Security, Accessibility, Compliance and Ethics prior to the migration to the new MNsure Eligibility and Enrollment System, known as MN-EES? Assisters who have not completed required training may have a MNsure portal account created for them, but they will not have access to view information for QHP consumers or act on behalf of their clients using the portal. This will significantly limit your ability to support QHP clients in MN-EES. It is advisable to prioritize completing the training to ensure a smooth transition so you can seamlessly support Minnesotans.
